Artist Amenities Team
Team Leader: Kristin Thirion (individual)
1. man Artists’ Amenities Tent
2. bring water to Artists
3. arrange sponsorship for and set up coffee and donuts
4. assist artist in booth set-up and takedown
5. distribute box lunches to artists

Artist Team
Team Leader: Melanie Berg (individual)
1. order ribbons, find judges, award prizes and act as artist liaison
2. prepare packets for artists (name tag, artist booth, evaluation form)

Beer & Wine Tasting Team
Team Leader: Bonnie Williams (Isabella Cafe & Catering)
1. organize and facilitate wine/beer tasting by determining pricing, licensing, etc.
2. find distributors and wine/beer experts

Community Service Team
Team Leader: John Morley (Montego Bay Carwash)
1. contact local schools for Community Service Students
2. coordinate student helpers

Construction Team
Team Leader: Larry Rothenberg (HOPAMA)
1. construct children’s area
2. construct wine tasting area
3. build & decorate pergola (in conjunction with design team)

Entertainment Team
Team Leader: Barb Rylander (Kaleidoscope Strings)
1. contact performing artist
2. schedule musicians

Environmental Services Team
Team Leader: Amy Chmura (Village of Tinley Park)
1. contact ESDA, Police, Fire Department, Public Works etc.
2. order port-o-lets
3. arrange for garbage cans etc.

Food Vendors Team
Team Leader: Samantha Brooks and Ericka Emmett (Clancy's NY Deli)
1. contact potential food vendors
2. choose vendors
3. coordinate permits, fire department, health department, etc.

Fundraising Team
Team Leader: Dawn Donnellan (Graf Memorials, Inc.)
1. solicit sponsors for artists’ prizes, fine arts performing artists, etc.

Gala Team
Team Leader: Cynthia Younker (Younker Media)
1. contact and book local, musicians, artists
2. coordinate musicians, artwork, food, drinks
3. invite VIP members

Graphic Design Team
Team Leader: Wade Randolph (Effective Signs)
1. design flyers, bookmarks etc.
2. design signage within festival (Sponsor signs, performer signs, etc.)

Layout & Design Team
Team Leader: Paul Peroutka (Peroutka Designs)
1. design event layout: booth positions, bistro, food vendors, and entertainment area
2. design pergola and other decorations

Parade Team
Team Leader: John Curran (Tinley Park - Park District)
1. contact & track entries (email/mail/fax)
2. organize parade and line-up entries day of parade

Publicity Team
Team Leader: Cynthia Younker (Younker Media)
1. signs
2. flyers/maps and posters
3. creating and distributing bookmarks
4. print ads, press releases and marquees
5. radio, T.V. and cable

Set-up Team/Take-down Team
Team Leader: Sven Thirion (WebWorks Intl')
1. put up and take down Artist Amenity Tent, Info Booth, Children’s area, pergola, etc.
2. designate and number vendor and artist spaces
3. fence off podia for performers
4. fence off part of the festival ground
5. set-up people watching and wine tasting area

Picasso’s Playground Team
Team Leader: Amber Wilk
1. organize children’s activities
2. help on event day with children’s activities
